International Shipping: Please contact us prior to ordering as we do not ship to all countries. We offer First Class, Priority and Express shipping only. First Class takes 3-7 business days. Priority mail takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Express mail takes 1-2 business days for delivery. Priority shipping is $9.99 and Express shipping is $24.99. Orders that are placed Monday-Friday before 2pm (EDT) will be sent out same day. Orders placed after 2pm (EDT) will go out on the following business day.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY We will accept returns if it is due to damage that is our fault or manufacturers defects. The items that we sell are chemicals and as such could degrade if improperly handled. As a result we are unable to resell products once they have left our warehouse. There are certain extenuating circumstances where we will accept returns of unopened research chemicals. The return must be within 15 days of the time of the purchase. Please CONTACT US for more information. If you feel that a research chemical was not up to standard we ask that the client return the research chemical with the remaining liquid still in it and we will replace it. We will also extend a discount code to you for your trouble in returning it and to compensate you for shipping costs. Please do not email us after researching the entire bottle and tell us it wasn’t good. This is like eating dinner and at the end of the meal complaining that it was cold. We will not honor emails asking for this. If there is a legitimate issue then we will fix it. We only ask that you work with us on ensuring that our company remains safe against people who would be less than truthful in their accounts. Although we will listen to all cases should the need arise. Please CONTACT US to discuss this. If A refund is deemed necessary then we will manually refund your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items.
Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no sell list. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us. Please always contact us first because most issues can be resolved very easily.
