Do you sell these products for human consumption?
ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. Under no circumstances do we advocate using our products for anything other than legitimate research applications. Familiarize yourself with the Terms of Service before ordering.

Can you assist me with information regarding how to use your products, for my research?
No, we are a research supply company. This is information you should already know before ordering. If you need help or information regarding the ordering or shipping process please let us know and we will be happy to help.

Why did I receive an email stating that I’ve been banned and cannot place any orders?
If during communication there is a implication of human use or other actions that violate our terms and conditions you will be placed on our banned list and our system will block you and decline any future orders. Once a client has been placed on this list they cannot be removed.

Will I receive a confirmation email after I place my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes of placing your order. If you do not please check your spam folder.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, we only accept Venmo, Cashapp and Quickpay with Zelle.

Secure eCheck Payments
You can pay directly with your checking account. All information is securely transferred between your bank and ours. No outside parties, including us are able to see your info.

How will my purchase appear on my credit card statement?
N/A at this time.

Why is my transaction being declined?
If your card is getting declined at checkout, please ensure that your billing address is 100% accurate.

Shipping

Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from our USA based fulfillment center.

I gave you the wrong address/zip code, what do I do?
If you provide the wrong address/zip code or name for shipping and your package could not be delivered, it will be considered lost and there is a 50% reship fee as this has nothing to do with us. Please provide the right information as reshipping the products costs you and us money.

Do I get a delivery confirmation number with my order?
Ever order gets the tracking number from an email from USPS.com.

How fast do you ship products?
Orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped that day. Orders after 2pm CST will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends.

Do you ship international?
No, we only ship within the USA.

How much is shipping?
Shipping in the continental USA costs:
Free for all USPS First Class
For all orders over $99 you can choose the free USPS Priority method at checkout.
$9.99 for USPS Priority
$24.99 for USPS Express

Will I need to sign for my order?
For most orders you will not. If you choose the Express shipment option or have an order over $250 it will include signature confirmation.

Do the products actually contain the amount of chemicals they claim?
We make sure that each bottle contains a minimum of that concentration.
